Wallingford BRRR 1 Update

It's been a few days since we last posted so wanted to give an update on our progress. We completed the demo work and some initial electrical work, but were delayed until late in the week waiting on the local power company to come out and turn on the power. We love Wallingford Electric as they are the best rates around, but like any big local company, it can take time for them to get out to you. Being winter in CT, and with limited daylight, there is only so much you can do once the demo work is complete.

We were also able to get some of the windows replaced. As you will see in the following video, we are making some decent progress in the basement and the main floor. In the video, Jeff explains what we have been doing and what the plan is for these areas.

Now that we have power we will continue make headway on the rehab and we will keep you posted on our progress.
