Quick Summary of my RE Investing Youtube "reviews"

Where to begin?

I retired from the Air Force in 2018 and I've watched hundreds of youtube videos about Real Estate Investing.

Clint Coons - He was my first RE youtube addiction.  He's an asset protection lawyer based in Vegas that is also a RE investor.  He provides tailored asset protection strategies (and implimentation) for a hefty fee.  A lot of his earliest videos are just recordings from his multi-day RE investment seminars.

Morris Invest - Great Guys with lots of awesome tips.  They are RE investors, they also run a "turnkey RE company", and are authors and of course there is the youtube (and probably patreon) revenue.

Bigger Pockets - Meh... I've honestly been underwhelmed by the bigger pockets vlogs/podcasts that i've listened to... but to be fair I've only watched/listened to a small handful of them.
