9 unit multi family remodel in Aurora

This is the first unit we were able to turn, spend roughly 6K updating the unit, texture, paint, granite, new cabinets, egress window and light fixtures. We were able to raise rents in this unit from $795 to $1095 (every $100 per month in rent = 20k in value on the backend). 8 more units to go!
