New Version 16, RealData's Real Estate Investment Analysis Software

We're pleased to announce that we've just released Version 16 of our REIA software. The "Professional Edition" is our flagship application and has evolved over nearly 30 years.

Among the new features is a "Decision Maker" module. After you build your basic analysis, you can then adjust key input variables from a single worksheet by toggling values up or down -- then, on the same sheet, see immediately the impact each change makes on your key measures of investment performance.
