A bank worth looking into!

Well I was able to call around and find a small community Bank that is able to do portfolio loan and they can secure up to 80% loan to value. This bank is here in Twin Falls Idaho and it is called Ireland Bank. Great news for me as well to jump on the loan process be able to get into this house and deal that would be absolutely amazing not only for being a first-time home buyer but an investment property as well if not for being a rental after I live in it for a year but to be sold at an amazing price or 1031 exchange into the next bigger better property. Hopefully this helps for people that are in Twin Falls area that if you do happen to have a good credit score or at least something decent and you're a first-time home buyer and you can check out Ireland Bank set up an account with them and they'll be able to help you out with an 80% loan-to-value ratio for a loan portfolio loan.
