Denver Ground Up Development - video 1

🔺Ground Up – This is the first ground up development we have ever done.

We were able to acquire the land 30% below market 👍 and had the actual structure built inside of a factory in NE which lowered our price per square-foot-to-build to under $95 a foot which is unheard of. Despite that, the project has still been pretty challenging.

One of the big reasons we decided to do this project was due to its location which is in an area in Denver that is in a “Qualified Opportunity Zone”
