Denver multifamily investment property egress windows

Purchase in May. The addition of egress windows is 3 fold:

• Lower liability - - if a tenant is injured or harmed in a fire and there isn’t a secondary form of exit, the landlord is held liable, so one of the very first things we do on any garden level unit is add an egress window

• Increase in backend value due to the bedrooms now being “conforming bedroom” as opposed to a non-conforming without the egress

• Lower insurance - - insurance policy is lowered on a monthly basis

= ADDED VALUE
