Exterior paint before/after on central Denver multi family

Normal 1576710174 20191218

Consistency - In 2014 when we were doing all single family flips we used the same exterior and interior paint colors for every home.⠀

Back then we used a light grey with white trim and red doors.⠀

Fast forward 5 years and we are still following the same strategy just with different colors.⠀

This year we’ve gone with a dark blue (hide imperfections in 🧱) with lime green doors + white trim around the windows ⠀

We made the decision when we started to keep things simple and do the same paint, cabinets, counter tops, flooring etc...in every property.⠀

We knew our strength wasn’t as interior designers and artists but finding value. ⠀

I hear a lot of investors talking about high end fixtures, and different paint schemes and changing layouts etc...⠀

That’s great stuff to do, but if you’re trying to scale and maximize profits, the more you can keep finishes consistent, the more time and money you will have to do more deals!!⠀

❓What are some new paint colors you think we should try on our next brick project? ⠀

🔷? 🟩? 🟫? 💄?⠀
