💪🏼Tough times create tough people!!

A few thoughts from one landlord to another:

- there are silver linings during this difficult time. Now is the time to refinance and potentially buy a new property from someone that is motivated!

- communicate early with all tenants, especially those in industries that are being negatively impacted. Let them know you aren’t charging late fees, you aren’t evicting and you want to work with them on a solution.

- stay in constant contact with your lenders. No matter what the situation right now, liquidity and cash is 🔑 so stay in constant communication with your lenders.

Lastly, I think it’s important to remind ourselves that we will get through this. Even though it feels and seems like the end of the world, it’s not. We will get through this!
