Tragedy = Opportunity

Practically all houses on the market were either a foreclosure or short sale a year ago, but now there is a good amount of listings being sales due to investors. With every “tragedy” (as the news would say), there is opportunity! Investors swarmed the area once they heard of all the foreclosures that were happening in SWFL, but now it seems that the inventory has taken a turn. Prices are rising and the market is recovering, but there are still lots of opportunity out there. Even though the market is looking better, it’s still not at its best meaning there is still time to take advantage of the real estate market.
