What books am I planning to take on in the education portion of my journey?

Here's my list:

1. Real estate investment for dummies
2. The 5 million dollar book
3. Building wealth one house at a time
4. The book on investing in real estate with no money down
5. What every real estate investor needs to know about cash flow
6. The book on flipping houses (maybe)
7. The book on estimating rehab costs
8. Every landlords legal guide
9. Landlording on autopilot

Time to get to reading. If I can get through a book once a month, that puts me 3/4 of the way through my 1 year "education/learning/become a sponge" plan.

Really big into audio books. So that might be how I end up tackling these books.
