Day 23 of The 90 Day Challenge

Good day ALL!!

I was able to network with a real estate agent this week! He was very kind and was able to give me the right opportunity for me to grow in my knowledge. I will start to invest my time in the following. "WORK TO LEARN & NOT TO EARN MONEY." this is a famous quote from Robert Kiyosaki. I know that I will grow more from being a bird dog than simply guessing on how to get myself into my first home. 

This seems to be the best way for me right now to help guide my enthusiasm for real estate in the right direction.  

I'm grateful for this opportunity that somehow made itself known, just to let you know I didn't wait to call this man, I immediately set up a meeting and paid for breakfast to get this wealth of knowledge in my corner.  I know that with 3 jobs/full-time school I will need more guidance to help ZONE my efforts in the right direction.
