My first cold call (rejections)

I started my cold calling today. I got my first rejection, and I'm excited! That means I am one call closer to finding my first deal! I have found that tracking down (good) phone numbers for owners is quite the challenge. I'm sure that there are tools that might make this process easier, but usually they have a cost, and my shoestring budget dictates that I have to do this the hard way for now. Im thinking within the next paycheck or so i should be able to add services that i need in order to find deals more quickly. In the meantime, its time to drive for dollars, get more potential leads to call, and find my first!
