First offer made, LLC coming soon!

Well, a lot has happened, and then again not a lot. My significant other is joining me on this venture, which is proving to be a big help. In performing more study and research in to what to do, I have decided that an LLC is going to be very important to have even for the first wholesale deal. I know a lot of people say that it is not required for it, and from everything I have read, it is not  legal requirement, but ultimately wise.

That being said, the LLC will be coming soon, but I do not have it yet. And I still made an offer on a property. It is just a great opportunity that I don't want to miss out on, so if I have to rush the LLC in order to make everything happen I will.

This property is great! It is actually two properties together, that total 4 residential lots (200'x100'). The house is on one lot, and in my opinion, the best option would be to level the house, and create either a 4-plex, or two duplexes. That creates an amazing return on investment for whoever can pull it off. I will be in a position to do that eventually, but not as my first deal. If whoever is reading this thinks they want that kind of opportunity, let me know!
