#Trailer Trash To Trailer Cash

I would like to start off by saying I know absolutely nothing about blogging and even less about how to write the stories of what we go through everyday in this business but I thought I would give it try, so please overlook all the issues I have with writing posts and putting thoughts into words and hopefully together we will all learn something on this journey.

My name is Mark and fiancé name is Annie, we work in the  mobile home  investing space on a full time basis, I spent 8 years investing in many types of investing strategies from wholesaling to rehabbing all of which I was not very good at because of all the problems I had with what it took to operate these types of businesses from being able to obtain the money to do the deals to finding the help to rehab them once I purchased them, I was never comfortable in these types of deals due to what i saw as lots of risk doing these deals either with partners that had the money  or having to hold these homes for long periods of time due to my inability of being able to find good contractors to do the work, I had many issues along the way with bad partners and not enough money to keep the projects on course to completion from a low w2 wage that I earned.

I realized the answer to all my risk and contractor issues once we switched to mobile homes due to them being smaller its easier to help keep contractors focused on the job at hand plus the risk of owning the home for longer terms are minimized due to mobiles in parks are looked at as cars in my state so taxes are very low as are lot rents.

this business has totally changed my life and hopefully it can help you along your journey to change your life

    I'm in Southern, MD. I am REALLY interested in mobile home investing. I've done the books, YouTube and even bought a program. I'm ready to move forward because this is something I would like to do full time as well. I think I'm at the point of Driving for Dollars because the MD market seems to be quite high. I would like to fix and flip and hold some for passive income. I even want to Air BNB one the water! Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Oh and I think your first blog post was a great and informative intro to you and your business!


    1. thanks for the feedback, get out and ride around in the parks you want to work in, once  you find a park you like to work in go talk to the people that run the park to see what they will allow you to do, if you are looking on land driving for dollars is a great step in finding the homes, good luck to you on your journey
