Mobile Home Faucets, Do They Stay or Do They Go?????????????

Most of the mobile homes that we rehab come with faucets that are original to the home, which are very short and very close to the back of the sink.We almost always throw these faucets in the trash and purchase conventional faucets, the ones we replace are usually the kitchen and bath sink faucets and sometimes the tub faucets dont work properly so we replace them as well. The faucets that you buy at all the box stores will work in these homes but most of the time you will have to modify the water lines so they will work.If you are not familiar with plumbing this is an easier project and you can let youtube teach you how by watching a few videos.  Below pic is the type of faucets we use now
