What To Do For Your Mobile Home Decks

The mobile homes that we purchase to rehab most of their decks are usually badly damaged, we can usually repair them but sometimes they have to be torn down and replaced with a new deck, we just try to repair them at the time of this writing due to the cost of materials. We usually have to replace some of the floor boards, most of the rails and some of the steps.
The materials we use so far have all been made or replaced with wood, I have considered using trex material but it is very expensive and it won't make any difference what type of material we use when selling or renting these homes.
