Love Them Or Hate Them - Popcorn Ceilings

Most of the homes we own have popcorn ceilings or some other form of texture, lots of home owners love to get rid of these textures on the ceiling, we do Not worry about these type of ceiling textures because most tenant/buyers do not care about these ceilings and how they look.
When you are rehabbing to rent/sell these homes it does not matter what type of texture is on the ceiling so do Not waste time and money replacing or scraping these ceilings because there is no return on investment with this type of project on a rehab.
When you sell the homes to tenant buyers they can do whatever they want with the home when it comes to the ceilings.
Keep this in mind when doing repair estimates on your home to rent/sell.
