Learning a Crappy Lesson on A Flip Mobile Home

I am going to be leaning a valuable lesson about mobile home investing tomorrow the hard way, this is going to be a crappy lesson since we will be laying in it tomorrow to repair a broken drain line from a toilet under the middle of the trailer, fun fun.
I found this today because I had been smelling sewer gas in the master bath the entire time we have been working on the home, I thought I found the problem when I repaired shower drain cause I thought the smell was the shower trap not having water in it, but oh man was I wrong, I had my fiance flush the toilet and run water down the shower while I was laying under the home today, I found a Y pipe with it open on 1 end which is where the sewer smell is coming from and I heard water hitting the ground when she flushed the toilet, the pipe was be broke on the main drain line.
This will not happen to us again after tomorrow I'm sure but learning the hard way is a good teacher, wish us luck.
