Purchase documents acceptance deadline passed, no signature

The deadline to accept the offer on the warehouse passed yesterday at 5pm with no reply from the seller.  I can only assume there is some other complication on his end.   I will give him until this Friday to counter before I call and ask him if/what the issue is.    

I will try to spell out what the details were for this deal in the next few posts.  After I go over my background/ first 15-20 years of investing.
