key performance indicators tracking

There are 3 key performance indicators I am keeping track of for our team:

1) contacts made per week

2) appointments made

3) yes or no answer from decision maker

Your team is only as good as your list so one challenge we face is making sure our leads list is accurate. This is why one of our goals is to get a yes or no answer from 80% of the decision makers from our list.

It takes between 5-12 calls to get a hold of a decision maker so our goal is make 175 contact calls a week or 2275 contacts a quarter.

We believe if we can set 15 appointments a quarter we can close on one.

By keeping track of KPI we know if we are or are not meeting our short term goals and long term goals.

Leave nothing to chance.
