I AM HARD ON MY TEAM

During our meeting today I selected 3 recorded calls where my team did not handle an apartment owner call to my satisfaction .

We listened to each call at least 5 times. I stopped the recording every 15 seconds I made my team point out their own mistakes and how they could've handled the call differently moving forward. It is important not to just preach to your team. You want feedback and dialog so you know your team is engaged and not just listening to you nag.

After we dissected the call I reminded everyone I am not being mean, but rather I am being hard on them because I believe in them and want to bring the best out of them.
