Blogging Can Be Dangerous Ground

I am one of the few investors I know that are able to actually work from home.  Well it's not that I am so important per say but as a team my wife and I do best from home.  You see my wife is the power behind this business.  She has the energy, vision, tenacity and yes the knowledge to take this business to new heights.  Now if only I could get her to shut up.

Well in reality the last line in the above paragraph was only to get a jaw dropping moment.  It was to show you what I potentially face everytime I get behind the keyboard.  My writing style leads me to trouble more times than I care to mention.

Many people appreciate my straight forward blunt appraoch about things but sometimes when I bring up issues from home it can be problematic.  Not the "don't air dirty laundry" kind of problems but more on stuff like "don't talk about that just yet", or "I would have said that different" kind of stuff.  Yes dangerous ground folks.

I tend to walk the fine line and error on the side of caution.  I'm not sure about your personal preferance but I much prefer the warm sheets of a bed vs the cold mornings on the couch.  More often than not I keep the posts rather tame and often behind on information just a tad.  This is my blogging battleground.

My personal battleground is the financial sector.  I believe the more income I can create the more jobs I can create.  The more jobs I can create the more people I can help.  I am fortunate I can help people with what I do.

Our system of doing things is quite unique.  The system self generates income.  As an example every deal I do creates a listing.  This means that since my wife is awesome at creating deals she can in effect determine how many listings she gets.  She can become in control of her own Real Estate Career.  She has taken the bull by the horns and has created a very powerful referral network.

When I blog about the techniques we use and the success we have with them I do so with a large amount of humility.  The purpose is not to bolster ego's, create envy, or anything malicious in nature.  Rather it's to help the next guy/gal team doing what were doing.  The more people who are successful in this the more jobs that will get created.  The inpact our business has on the construction trades should not go unnoticed.  There is a nice marriage of construction and investment deals.  To ignore this would be a mistake.

When I blog about this business I often get excited and end up over blogging.  I can see I am about to do that now so with that I bid you farewell.  If you would like to follow me in the real world simply check out http://sacramentoflips.com
