I am amazed at the awesome houses that are new on the market.  I was looking at one for a client.  The house sold in 2005 for $260,000.  It hit the market as a new REO last week for $132,000.

Here are a couple of other examples.This house is listed for $103,000 with 1600 sq ft.  This house is 1500 sq feet for $103,000.
