We buy homes fast

I am on a one man crusade to keep home ownership out of the lenders hands. When a bank forecloses on a home, it sits vacant for months before they list it for sale. If the home needs work, the agent who did the bpo doesnt take that into account. They submit the bpo at the same value as the other homes that look good. This means the homes sit vacant again for five to ten months as the lenders lower the price slowly. These vacant homes are a target for squatters and vandals.

I can say that without a doubt banks dont sell houses fast. They have so much money that it doesnt really matter to them if the home sells fast or not. It does matter to the neighbors though. They dont like calling the police at 3 a.m. when they hear a disturbing noise next door. I am trying to contact as many homeowners as posible who are going through the foreclosure process. I am going to tell them not to walk away from the house. I am going to buy the home fast. People are seeing my We buy houses signs everywhere. I can rehab the house and put people to work faster compared to a bank that lets it sit there for months on mls.
