How’s Your Elevator Pitch ?

Do you have an elevator pitch? I do. For those who don’t know, it’s a quick summary that defines your company and the value you bring to the table. Your pitch should be no more than 30-45 seconds and VERY CONSICE. The time it would take to ride an elevator up or down. Now, this may come as a shock to some, but your elevator pitch has to be done FACE to FACE. The internet, texting , email, direct mail or what ever does not capture the power of a FACE to FACE 1st contact.

 

Let me put it another way. Would you do business with someone who could not explain to you what they do or how they do it?

 

If you can not communicate what you do & who you are your boat is sunk. If I can’t look someone in the eye and say; “I‘m a facilitator for people with real estate problems. How can I help solve yours?” I should not be in this business.
