Is On-Line Leasing a Future Trend ?

Everybody is looking to trim overhead, increase ROI and reduce the burden of leasing vacant property. I am a student of future trends. I devote a minimum of 1 hour per day in good old fashion research. I came across something this week that provoked some thought : On-Line Leasing.

 

I have found that this practice is mostly confined to the Student Housing Market. I can see many uses in multi-family, single family and a limited application in the commercial market.

 

Google; On Line Leasing. Maybe something to look into. Maybe a modified form where the applicant fills out the application on-line ?
