Getting Started

I am setting goals to purchase TWO distressed 10-50 unit apartment complexes.  I will for the next 179 days, keep my Bigger Pockets colleauge abreast of whats going on in my quest to purchase my first and second commercial properties.

 I am hoping that you guys will guide me and that other newbies can use my blog as a reference
