Rebounding Not!

One of my usual 'reading over coffee' kind of websites had a really interesting article today that underlines just how serious many people in the U.S. think the challenges are.  Keep in mind that as these challenges mount for Americans the advantage for Canadians purchasing U.S. properties skyrockets.  Here's what they had to say:

With millions of home foreclosures in the US mortgage pipelines, and a recent spike in US homeowners going delinquent on their mortgage payments, the group sees no possible chance for a rebound, or stabilization of US home prices. In fact, because of the foreclosure situation is so bad, the group expects another 5% to 10% further devaluation in US residential real estate markets."  You can read the entire article here.

Is it the right time for Canadians to buy U.S. real estate.  Absolutely!

But you need to be educated.  You need to know what you're doing.  Take one of our free two hour training sessions and you'll discover what over 1,000 Canadians have already experience in just the last three months!  You can meet many of them on our website.
