Marketing update - Overcoming Challenges and new mailing

So recently I wrote about some of the challenges I was having in not staying on task with some of my marketing goals.

I have been getting my mailings ready and getting a lot of pieces out regularly so that is good. I also have tried to pick up the slack on some of the other avenues, while not letting all the urgent things that always come up on current properties fall behind.

Good Progress:

1) Have been reviewing and analyzing more things on MLS recently. Actually saw a good potential rental I will prep an offer for this week.

2) Have been posting more Craigslist ads and doing it more regularly. I do need to go through more ads and seek out deals on that side too.

3) Upgraded my car magnets.

So these will be a bit more readable so upping the possibilities of getting some leads that way.

I also dropped this in the mail yesterday:

This is by far the biggest single drop I have done at 600 Postcards at once. That gets me up to 1,320 total pieces in about 2.5 weeks.

I also plan on prepping at least another 240-300 tonight while watching Game 1 of the World Series.
