Rehab Book

Just finished Rich Warren's book.  What an amazing book and source of information!  If you are a newbie to rehabbing, such as myself, I highly suggest you read his book.  It took me awhile to get through it because if he said make a vision board, I did it.  If he said write a business plan, I did it.  If he said plot out your personal goals, I did it.  Whatever he suggested, I did it!

I have already completed priority #1.  Because more capital is needed, I took a job at a local bakery.  Funny how I couldn't find a job before but now that I have decided to be super serious about my future, one just fell in my lap.  The mind is an awesome power! Lucky for me my shifts will be 4am-12pm so that will leave me plenty of time to look for rehabs, learn and get the other stuff I need done.  I know 4am sounds like crap to some of you but sounds like heaven to me!

With a business plan in place, personal and business goals set, continuing education, a JOB, I feel like the wheels are in motion.  I have slated our first deal to happen in April of 2012.

I would like to thank Rich for his sharing of all this valuable information.  It is greatly appreciated.  Until next time...Happy Investing!
