This article makes several good points but one that stands out to me is that people moving toward retirement are relying less on pensions and government assistance and relying more on their own savings. I think this is something that cannot be ignored. With more people relying on their own finances in order to retire, There is an increase in demand for alternative stratagies.  Whether someone is investing in annuities or in real estate the need for accurate and effective financial advice will continue to increase.

 In my world this means that more people need to learn about the benifits of hard money lending. Investors can earn a consistent monthly income from their IRA without ever damaging principle. This is HUGE for people who have been losing money in the stock market over the last few years or are tired of only getting 2-3% on less effective investments.
