Interested investors!

Welcome to all:

My name is Paul, and I am new to Bigger pockets.  I am a real estate investor who purchases properties 30-50% below market value and assign the contract or sell the property to other investors at a very low fee.  After title to the property has been transfered to the investor, I then rehab, market, list and do what ever it takes to sell the property, at full market value, to a home buyer.  All this is done at no additional fee, to insure maximum profits for the investor.

I have been sucsessfully doing this for 15 yrs.  Because of the economy, the limited number of local investors I have, has deminished.  On the other hand, the inventory in this part of the country has increased.

My goal, as a member of Bigger Pockets, is to locate a number of interested investors who would like to be a part of my team.  Each time I locate a property, 30-50% below market value, I would submit all information, (comps. location FMV, assesment, etc.), to all team members.  Those who are interested would contact me via e-mail or phone, were more information can be attained.
