The Value Problem

REALTORS we have a value problem.
Not a market value problem but a transactional value problem. I ask you this, what perceived value do you bring to a transaction? What expertise do you have? 

As information becomes more accessible by the hour, our once covenanted position as a gatekeeper has expired. If all we are doing is filling in the blanks, and pressing send ( which the big brokerage firms would prefer that is all you do ) then your days in the industry are numbered.
