Day 3
Yesterday I got so busy at work, but it became more motivation to do this buisness. I was able to locate the tax records thanks to Shanequa ; ). So today my work will involve going through the white pages, and 411.com to see if I can find a number for them. I really want to help them. I've been evicted before and it's not a fun feeling. I was thinking about calling them to say, I'm an investor and i really would like to help them after some rapport of course. I don't know nothing to it but to do it right. (right). Also I'm going to steady try and build my buyers list at the same time. I got some numbers yesterday from some investors ads and was going to call them to see if that works. also this weekend I'm going to put out some bandit signs. I used to be in a network marketing company and one saying they had was "if you stick and stay you'll get your pay ". This is the plan to do something productive everyday. still Motivated as ever perhaps more so today. because of my job : ( Thanks so much for the comments I'll keep blogging my successess and failures. Be careful about calling because they probably have been getting bombarded with bill collectors or other investors. They might be a little pissed or they might not even pick up the phone if they don't recognize the number. Most people have cell phones and those aren't listed. The best way is to send them letters that look like personal letters not business letters.
