Found my First Interesting House! And that Lead to my Second one!

Alright, so I found the most thrashed house you'll ever find in your lifetime. It's a pretty big 2,650sqft house but it was destroyed by some punk kids. I'm going to take a video of it tomorrow (while I'm getting it priced out for repairs) and you are going to be in shock!

This is so cool though as I think I can score big on it as I think I'll get a better discount because it's so thrashed. Like instead of 65%ARV - repairs, I think I can get 55-60%ARV - repairs because of how bad it is. Every wall, and I'm not exaggerating, needs to be ENTIRELY replaced as there's millions of holes everywhere. Luckily since the punks were in it for destruction instead of money, all the wiring is in tact, including the other valuables like water heater, garage door opener, etc...

I also out of luck found another house in foreclosure gutted (for the money). So that may be another prospect!
