Just a little update for anyone following.


I'm going to be putting out around 8 offers tomorrow. I'm really excited as you may know this will be my first flip.


I did have a problem last week not being able to get in offers but it's fine. My Realtor at the time was slacking too much for my liking. I simply found a new agent and I'm back on track. So... let's do this!


An newbies (like myself) have any questions, just ask. I think this is a great time to ask an inexperienced guy, who's taking the plunge, some questions as my answers will be more from your (inexperienced, nerve racking) point of view. :D


And yes I am nervous, excited, going crazy and all that. But I like it!

Often that revelation that you discover, another new investor can really relate to. While an experienced investor may not even mention it.
