Passing the Halfway Mark

Okay, so as you probably don't know, these posts are just about me progressing from a normal, poverty stricken person, to a registered nurse (RN), and then finally to a real estate investor! That being said, this is just another update.

So, I did it! I passed another semester of RN school, and I'd say it was by far the hardest semester of schooling I've ever went through. Chapters upon chapters of reading, hours upon hours of studying, and days upon days of hoping it'd be over soon. And now it is. And I passed! With 3 B's and 1 A.

I'm now a level 3 (out of 4 levels) RN student! I have a short 7 months until I graduate! This is so crazy, the feeling of control that I have on my life. But to keep it short, I doubt I'll ever have a harder semester than last semester, and I'm positive I'll graduate on time!

After I graduate, I'll be saving up money while living at my mom's house. It should only take around 3-6 months from the day of my first job to get to a savings of $20k and access to a total (my money included) of around $30k and then, I'll be on my way to landing my first fix and flip deal, again!

Life's good!

-Manuel
