Freebie!

Freebies are always good. I spread the word that I was looking for a fridge and a gas stove. Turns out my brother in law had a fridge available for free. I picked it up and delivered it to the rental property.  It is in good shape!  Over the weekend I painted the hardwood floors on the upper level. There are three bedrooms and a hallway up there. It turned out WAY nicer than I thought  it would!  I used Glidden oil based floor paint, with a chocolate type color. Good news is that it will only take 2.5 gallons to paint the entire 1400 square feet house!
