The world is coming to an end!!!

biginner's luck?  Probably!

my tenant called this morning. They are not scheduled to move in until 5/1. They have already provided me with the security deposit. They called because they want to give the first month's rent....get this....drum roll....EARLY!  I will be meeting with them tomorrow to pick it up. This is amazing!  Also, I found out that they will be providing their own window treatments.  This is great because it will save me about $75 in putting miniblinds up.  What a great day!
