In Letheso (Africa) women are not allowed to own property independently -- they must have a man co-sign.  In Saudi Arabia, in order for a woman to own property, she must bring 6 men with her to testify to her identity in court.

As a woman real estate investor, I'm glad that I live in the U.S. and am able to not only make my own financial decisions, but buy and sell property.
