Vacation

Just wanted to say hello and let everyone know I'm still here. Took a two week vacation off the grid and went backpacking in southern Utah... sleeping outdoors without a tent and no electronics... life is good.

Now that I'm back, a few tenants have relapsed and getting rents is more work than it ought to be. I will be really glad when we have the deadbeats moved out.

  1. Shaun Reilly - my other company DID have a mailbox full of checks, which was most enjoyable. Dawn Anastasi - glad to amuse, lol. I started the blog planning to talk about renovating, updating, increasing revenue, pitfalls, etc. Certainly didn't expect it to become a rent rant but whatcha get is whatcha get.
