-Networking: Spoke with a client today at work about his mother's house selling recently in Moorseville, Indiana. He gave me the information of the cash buyer and the construction guy who estimated the repairs and made the offer.
RESULTS:
-Bandit Signs: Pulled in three wholesaler calls. One which wants to team up on a large wholesale deal.

AFTERTHOUGHTS:
Another day late! I was in meetings all day at work so I didn't have time to listen to anything and I attended a cookout with the family my wife nannies for since it was her day of departure from the position. Sad. The families are really good people and we hope to stay in touch with them along with the four kids.

Anyways, I did what I could yesterday with the time I was allotted!
