90 day Challenge ACCEPTED!!!

Hey guys,

I have chosen to accept Brandon T's challenge of purchasing a rental property in 90 days. I know that is truly will be a challenge which is why I have really decided to burn the ships and challenge myself to do this. This is good mainly for the fact that I'm not a fan of losing so it will force me to act quickly, but also smart at the same time because of the time constraints. I plan to invest in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, preferably a SFH 3/2 or duplex. I know those seem like broad descriptions, but those are my current two requirements. I know that #3 on Brandon's list is defining what I want so I hope to really nail it down even more. I have started a company with a longtime college friend, Mastiff Property Investments, LLC and so I'm already a little ahead of the game. Now it's time to buckle down and really get going. My partner and I are still interested in partnering up for other deals so NETWORKING will be the main key I think for this whole process. I'm sure there's properties out there to be had and now it's just a matter of getting one!! Wish me luck guys!! First line of work is getting pre-approved and finding myself a investor-friendly real estate agent!!
