Got $40,000?

Just bought a few more shorts last week. In the process of reselling them. Trying like heck to tie one up in FL. Pretty good sized deal, at least for me. Got a quandry though. No bucks left for the earnest. Need a partner on this one. Here are the details:

You put up $40K as earnest money. It will never be dispursed. It will just sit in a escrow account. This deal will be over in 30 days. You will be paid $50K at closing. If it falls through, you will get your money back form the title company.
