Great ROI

Buying a big one in FL. Really nice condos. All are sold already except one. This thing (like the rest) are leased out and the HOA is covered for 2 years. Buyers ROI wil be at least 9% per year on monthlies. The prices on these are going up as well.

Email me if you are interested. I will not be able to carry on this one so cash is the only way. Darn.
