Great UPDATE! November 26!

So it has been awhile since I have posted here, but I wanted to make sure it was worth something other than the usual of sending out letters and having calls that were not "motivated sellers". So I just kept sending out mailings and waiting for the right person to call.

Well... it happened! I had the right call and got a property under contract for a GREAT DEAL! and decided to post it on craigslist, postlet, BP, and Facebook. Also put a sign out in front of the yard and this was all don last night! By this morning I had 5 offers on the property! 5! Agreed on a price and now it is at the title company! Closing date is set! Once everything is set in stone and I receive my payment, I will go into complete detail on the property and sell etc... Until then I rather not jinx myself... But I will be in touch and give you an update!

What I have learned thus far is that you have to KEEP MAILING!! Its all about CONSISTENCY! I hope to get back on here with my next post with some GREAT NEWS!
