Quotes
I love some of the quotes that I've seen on the site, usually in member's signatures, but occasionally in a forum itself. I often wish that I could remember who used what quote. One that I saw this morning was from @Andy M. that says "You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want." How cool is that?
A couple others that I really enjoy are below, I wish that I could give credit to whomever enlightened me to them, but that's beyond my mental capacity and I apologize.
These are from forum signatures;
"whether you think you can or you can't, you are right" - henry ford
and there is one by mike tyson that I don't remember exactly but says in effect "funny how a punch in the face can change your outlook on the day", I know that's not really even close but wanted to convey the idea. If someone knows the actual quote or who used it I'll update and include it here.
I saw a quote the other day, by john wayne, that I really enjoyed. It says;
"life is hard, it's harder if your stupid"
fyi if you're here on bigger pockets reading this, this is obviously not you! : )
That quote made me research the duke a little and came up with a couple more that are pretty good.
"if you've got them by the balls, their hearts and minds will follow"
and
“Courage is being scared to death, but saddling up anyway.”
Gotta love it.

Thank you again @Andrew Syrios . I'm new to direct mailing. I subscribed to a probate list and found it a little discouraging to get (IMO) such a high (30+%) of mail that was unable to be delivered. I WILL keep trying!

Thank you @Andrew Syrios , as I sit here and look at my pile of direct mail with "return to sender" on it, reminds me that I have to try harder to find the right deals.

Right after I wrote this I read that Andy M's quote may be from Zig Zigler. I knew the name, but had to Google him and found this;
