Closing the Gaps in my Business

It has been quite awhile since I posted anything regarding my business.  I abandoned my direct mail campaign not because of poor results just from not staying focused.  I completed a rehab and purchased 6 properties in 2014.  If focused I know I could have accomplished more.

My plan for 2015 is to be accountable and I will use this blog to stay accountable to myself.

This year starts off with quite a bit of activity.  I have a rehab underway and the goal is to be ready for sale by April 1, 2015.  I have 3 rentals out of state that need to rehabbed and rented.  My goal is to have all three up and running by April 15, 2015.

I will also sell 2 out of state properties to raise capital for future deals.

Marketing is always a big what if with me and I will spend some time formulating my game plan over the next month and have it in place by the end of Feb 2015.

Many times I have set goals such as complete 4 to 6 flips.  For 2015 I want to focus more on moving projects to completion and establishing systems to find more deals.

  1. Congrats Paul on the solid 2014 and nice start to this year.

Where are you buying out of state?

    1. I bought in the lovely city of New Castle.

      1. Not sure what you had intended to say but it autocorrected to "lovely".  :)
