sad day :(

I've been under contract on a house since for about 2 weeks & the home inspection was last weekend. We couldn't reach an agreement after the home inspection so I walked. Back to the drawing board.

  1. I'm with the others who commented here -- better to walk than to get yourself stuck in a bad deal. If you buy wrong, it is tough to make the numbers work in many cases.

  2. I'd look at this as a great day!! It's better to lose a bad deal than to find out too late that you are in trouble.

  3. Good to lose a few hundred for the inspection then thousands later on. You just need to find one great deal so be patient. You never know, they may call you in a few weeks because no one else will buy it.
